When reporting a problem, including the following information can help us investigate more quickly:

  • Your iPhone model
  • Your iOS version
  • The Yolsera version, if available
  • A short description of what happened
  • The steps that led to the issue
  • A screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive information

Share Feedback

Suggestions, usability feedback and feature ideas are welcome.

Yolsera is still evolving, so feedback during development may directly influence how parts of the product are designed.

Protect Sensitive Information

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, full passport numbers, identity document numbers or other sensitive personal information by email.

If a support request involves a sensitive document or personal travel record, describe the issue without including the sensitive information itself whenever possible.
